Abdul Sattar Edhi
has spent his entire life in the service of humankind,
without personal benefit or gain. He speaks out
for the first time. Although he has buries over
two hundred thousand unclaimed bodies in an era
where altruism and selflessness are almost extinct,
he looks back at his life with the humbleness
that has become his most distinctive characteristic.
